350 Photo Exhibitions

We are encouraging 350 supporters to host a photo exhibition in their local cafes, schools, libraries, empty shop windows, public spaces and more.

Over the past 3 years we've gathered a great collection of 350 photos from New Zealand, our neighbours in the Pacific and around the world - see some of these on the 350.org global flickr site here.

This pictures help to communicate both the number 350 and the global people-power that is driving this movement. The more people that we can reach with this important number and meaning of 350 the more we hope they will engage in positive solutions for a climate safe future.

If you want to get involved in organising a photo exhibition get in touch by emailing 350@350.org.nz

Here are some examples of some of the photos 350 Aotearoa already have formated.

Some of the steps involved in hosting this include

- Find a cafe, library or other public space that would happily host this exhibition for 1-4 weeks.

- Identify the pictures that you want to use for this exhibition, OR use our collection of 18 posters.

- Find someone to print these for you - simply print them as A3 colour photos on card, or if you can find a friendly photography or print company, they might be able to do something even better. You might even want to hunt out some old frames from opportunity shops to display them in.

Other options:

-You could choose to sell these pictures as a 350 fundraiser.
- You might also want to contact the media and let them know
-You could host a launch party to help spread the word even more!
